2014 onwards
bullet Schools should use SASAMS to generate the Progression/Promotion Schedules.

 

2013
bullet Schools are encouraged to use SASAMS to generate the Progression/Promotion Schedules.
bullet If the above-mentioned option is not available, the schedules listed below could be used. (I received them in PDF format and converted them to Word format. Both versions are in the same WinZip folder. Please compare the two formats to ensure that the Word format is exactly the same as the PDF format.)
bullet At the bottom of all schedules is a declaration that must be signed by the teacher, the principal and the EDO. No schedule will be accepted without the signed declaration.
bullet The size of these documents is A3. They should be printed and submitted in this format. (If you experience problems with the printing, please check the settings of your printer.)
